It looks like Barack Obama has chosen Joe Biden as his running mate in this historical presidential election.
They will appear together today in Springfield, Illinois.
Biden will make his first big speech as the vice-presidential candidate on Wednesday, August 27 -- the third night of the Democratic convention.

So where are the Democrats on this island going to watch the convention? Is there a bar out there with a big screen TV and cable that wants to host a bunch of latte sipping liberals for a few hours each day?
