The entire list is "lacking" for loss of a better word.. but there are a couple of names there that I wouldn't trust as my attorney in a fender-bender, let alone want to see serve as the Attorney General. I won't name names.. cough..Jo..cough Ton..Howard Willens :} That'll be a hoot.
I've had a beer with 5 of the 7. Please remember that this is a silly little Internet poll.
Can we get some stats? I only know 5 by name. I've said hello to 2 of them. Who's Greg Baka?
Greg works at the AG's office. He is very active on the blogs where he posts anonymously under a pseudonym.I actually know all of them except for Tony Atalig.
Aren't there some requirements with regards to experience and length of practice? I seem to remember something about needing to have practiced law for "X" number of years and something about being a CNMI resident for "X" number of years...do all of these candidates qualify?
There probably are requirements, but I don't have the patience to look them up.
is meaghan tall enough to be the ag?
I think she barely makes the cut....but she's still losing to Janet King.
well, in her defense, janet is hot. sure, both of them are articulate and possess the skills and traits needed for someone in that position, but only one person can be the ag, right? my vote went to janet. sorry meaghan, but janet's smile and grace served as the one-two punch that sealed the deal. you were a close second, though.
Brad, the voting is supposed to be anonymous.
well then i anonymously vote for janet king.
I think Meaghan had better anonymously get some more votes if she wants to win this thing. Doesn't she have any friends?
