This is the second monitor lizard I have seen since I moved back to Saipan. The first one I saw was in Laulau Bay about 6 months ago. He was on the road when I was driving down to the dive site. He ran into the jungle as my car approached, so I didn't get a very good look at him.I got a very good look at this guy. He wasn't afraid of me at all.
