After almost 2 months of not drinking, my tolerance level has dropped. I drank four beers at our post game banquet last night and passed out around 12 AM. Thank you Sarah and thank you Tyce for checking my room and waking me up in time to make the flight back to Saipan.So my suggestion for getting through tomorrow's typhoon is to just drink yourself into a stupor. Governor Fitial has put the islands of the CNMI under Tropical Storm Condition II. All non-essential government employees were sent home from work early. Even Pizza Hut is closed!
It rained on and off most of the day today, but it hasn't been very windy. The sun has set for the day and by the time it rises tomorrow, Saipan should be experiencing Category 1 or Category 2 storm conditions.
I'm going to go find some grub, then I'm going to come back and hunker down.
