The Saipan Blog will host Carnival of the Blue on September 1. This is my second time hosting and I'm looking for some local bloggers to write some posts about the ocean.
A blog carnival is a blog post that links to other blogs writing about a similar subject. Carnival of the Blue is a blog carnival about oceans, but a carnival can be about any subject. David Khorram hosted one on his blog recently, Grand Rounds, that is a carnival about all things medicine.
